National Zoo
On August 24, we met Tian Tian, the seven year old male panda, at the National Zoo during my Washington DC trip. Tian Tian (pronounced t-YEN t-YEN) seemed more interested in cooling off. I was lucky he came out so I could take this photo - Mei Xiang, (pronounced may-SHONG) and the panda cub were sleeping it off.
